How to Delete Your Account
How to delete your AI Hunt account and the data linked to it.
1. Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the AI Hunt app.
- Open Settings.
- Tap "Delete account", then tap "Delete" on the confirmation screen.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion.
2. Without the app (request by email)
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject "AI Hunt account deletion request" and include one of the following:
- The user ID shown in the app's Settings (if you know it)
- The email address of the Apple / Google account you signed in with
After verifying that the request is yours, we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. Data that is deleted
- Your account (Firebase Authentication sign-in data, including linked Apple / Google accounts)
- Your profile (residence country, age declaration, rules agreement, notification settings, push token)
- Your clip viewing and answer history, best streak and LIVE reservations
4. Data that is kept
The following records are kept for 7 years, de-linked from your user ID, to meet accounting and tax retention laws and to prevent duplicate prize claims, and then deleted:
- LIVE results and prize/claim records (amount, status, dates)
- Identity-verification results and matching values (non-reversible; we never hold your ID images)
If you gave us your name, address and Individual Number for a tax payment record, we keep them only for the period required by law and then delete them. Kept data continues to be protected under the security measures in the Privacy Policy.
Any unclaimed prize can no longer be claimed after deletion. Information Google holds for ad delivery can be managed in Google's settings, for example by resetting your device's advertising ID.
